Contemporary Pine Lake Remodel

Pine Lake views and privileges sold our clients on this condo located in a private gated community, however, the home left a lot to be desired. We worked hand in hand with the talented Sara Holdan and Barbi Stalburg Kasoff of Stalburg Design, on this project and are thrilled with how our clients vision came to life. While our clients are empty nesters they have 4 children and 10 grandchildren so beautiful yet functional was key in the design/floorplan. Most structural aspects were kept in place and every inch of the home was updated including new windows and trim.
